Administrative Officer II
UNIT / PROGRAM: Administrative and Finance Division STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) SALARY: SG 11 (PHP 30,024)
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain organized and accurate records of cash advances, liquidation reports, and supporting documents (invoices, receipts, etc.) following government accounting standards
- Prepare reports on the status of cash advances and liquidations, including the updated Cash Advance Aging Report
- Prepare memoranda to remind concerned employees regarding unliquidated cash advances in compliance with existing accounting and auditing rules
- Collaborate with other government agencies and internal departments to ensure alignment with financial protocols as mandated by the Commission on Audit (COA)
- Prepare billing statements for FDCP share receivables related to cinema rentals and ticket sales
- Prepare daily Order of Payment and corresponding Journal Entry Voucher (JEV) to record cash collections
- Conduct daily checking of Official Receipts (OR) issued against the Report of Collections and Deposits (RCD)
- Prepare the Cash Receipt Journal and ensure it matches the daily RCD
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or other field relevant to the job
- At least one (1) year of working experience relevant to the job
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literate
